fun, fun, fun
The aqua park is a paradise for kids (and adults) with thrilling rides and pools that kept everyone entertained for hours. Add to that the amazing sea views from my Double Room Park View.
would recommend 🌊💖

The beach access is fantastic, just a short stroll away, and there were several dining options available, including a poolside snack bar. The outdoor swimming pool was quite enjoyable, with sun loungers and shaded areas for relaxation.
The housekeeping could use improvement, as I noticed some areas in the room were not properly maintained .

Let me start by clarifying that I am a General Manager of a 5 star Hotel in Central London, so all observations made are based on my professional experience: Well, what makes this the place to be is the outstanding service provided by its dedicated staff. Only because they strive to give you the best at all times you will not notice the big magic they do from the small things they are given to work with. The operational challenges these boys and girls are put through by their highly incompetent ( in my humble opinion) head office is unbelievable- but as this is meant to be a very positive review I will stop here... Highly recommend this place for families with kids as it is as safe and child friendly as it can be- Very clean as well. The actual buildings, corridors and rooms can do with some soft refurbishment as the aging is very much visible but once again the local team does the job. My advise is to book the all inclusive option as with it you will not have to worry about anything. Food is plenty and delicious but as in all inclusive resorts around the world make sure you are in the restaurant on time - being late might mean you will not have as bigger choice of dishes (always 5/6 local freshly cooked dishes - a must try; 3/4 grill options; 2/3 fresh pizzas; plenty of sweets, salads and of course cold beer & wines). Once again let me reiterate (in case someone from Head Office reads this review): what makes this the place to be is the outstanding service provided by its dedicated staff lead by the Hotel Manager - Dimitrina Petkova it is very rear to see/meet someone armed with so much positive energy willing to teach, guide, motivate and inspire her team to excel in what I consider very challenging circumstances. My hat is off to you Dimitrina and your team. Thank you all - we will be back!

The hotel was ok but not a 4 star hotel, maybe 3+. The all inclusive means 3 meals a day + draft juices and atomated nescaffe machines. So if you want a capuccino for example - you'll have to find a bar and pay for it. The food was not so great, it was ok. They don't change the menus. Each evening you'll get the same food, each lunch will be the same, etc. Of course, it's a buffe, but out of the 10 dished they serve, you'll like 2, and you'll keep eating those two. The swimming pools look a lot like public pools and they are really small. Rooms are beautiful and spacious with thick curtains that block the sun effectively. Big comfy beds.
It's not really "all inclusive". If you want to drink something non-alcoholic besides coca-cola products - there isn't anything. There are 3* hotels that for 2 Euros offer a caffe-frappe or something besides the draft glass of pepsi, here you don't even have the option of paying for it. The best dishes of each meal are cooked during (not before) serving time so there's always a line of people waiting with their empty plates for a pancake, or fish, or chicken stake, etc. When everyone comes from the beach - no more hot water for the showers (they will say it's only a problem with your room - but it happens every day, at the same time :) ).

The fact that it had a great waterpark within the resort and the location on the beach
The food, the drinks, the staff, the entire all inclusive concept, the room (especially the bathroom), the insufficient sun beds

Nice facility, good location towards the beach, amongst all I would mention the aqua park which makes worth the money spent here, for the children
What I didn't like is not necessarily related to the hotel, but mostly to the type of people choosing this all-inclusive concept. Without mentioning nationalities, I was astonished to see crowds of people looking like freshly landed from "hunger age", fighting for food like it was their last day of living, then collecting mountains of food which they finally leave untouched on the table...No more comments! Same people showed no bit of common sense or shame, going on the beach later than others and simply throwing the existing towels from the sunbeds then claiming they found the beds free without any shame...!!!

So, I dove into the same ol' grub three times a day, but missed some variety in my meals. Gotta say, the sunbeds were always free by the pool-bonus points! And that water park? A total blast, just a bit frigid for my taste 🌊

The water park and set up is very good for a young family. keeps the kids very happy
they need to learn what "All Inclusive" means. charge extra for mini golf and sun beds in different parts, plus if you wont a drink at the beach bar, you will have to pay extra for that. All inclusive should mean All inclusive.
